How to take Free quiz, Tests and Mock

• First you need to be registered with us, if not registered see "how to register"
• Login to your account and go to the Free Tests section by following the Free Tests link on the top menu
• You will be presented with the list of our available free learning resources
• Identify the free resource you want to take and if required click on the Detail button to preview the conditions attached to the resource
• All test which are available for candidates with respect to the test condition will have a "Start Test" button
• Click on the "Start Test" button to start the test, the test instructions will be displayed, read the instructions carefully to understand the test conditions and once satisfied click on the Start button to start
• If the "Expired Entitlement" button is displayed, you free entitlement for that resources has expired, you can purchase the resource to use.

How to buy a quiz,Tests and Mock

• First you need to be registered with us, if not, see "how to register"
• You need to have sufficient credit in your account to cover the cost of the resource you want to buy since we operate a credit top up payment scheme. To top up see "How to top Up"
• Login to your account and go to our Shop section by following the Shop link on the top menu
• Search through our collections in the shop and identify the resource you want to buy.
• Click on "add to basket" button to add it to the basket
• Perform the last two steps above to add more resource to the basket, Note you cannot purchase two times of our the same learning resources at the same time, You must exhaust your entitlement for any resources before you can repurchase
• click on the basket Icon to navigate to the detail basket page
• click on the "Buy" button to buy the resources
• The purchased resource(s) will be available immediately for use and can be found in the "My Paid" resources section

How to Top Up Credit

We operate a Credit top up scheme, You need to buy credits and then use the credit to buy learning materials Credit purchase is valid and can be used in our system to purchase learning materials for 1 year

• First you need to be registered with us, if not registered see "how to register"
• Login to your account and go to the "Top Up" section by following the "Top Up" link on the top menu
• Select the amount you want to top up, if not listed type in the amount on the field provided
• Fill in your billing information (if required)
• click on Pay and follow the onscreen instruction to complete your credit purchase
• Once successful, You account will be credited and you can use the credited amount to buy learning resources immediately
• A notification will be sent to your provided email about the credit purchase

How to view Test result

• All test where it is possible to view result will offer a result generation button at the end of the test, click on this link to generate the result of the test
• Results of test where test result view is permitted, can also be view from our Result section, use the Result link on the top menu
• See the test conditions on how to receive the test result if your test does not allow result viewing at end of the result
• For our mock test, the result will be shown earliest 24 hours after the start date of the exam, to allow all candidate to take part in the test.

How to retake fail question

• Some of our learning resources offers the possibility to retake failed tests where the solution to the failed questions can be previewed
• Access the Result section and on each result where it is allowed, click on the Retry button to follow the instruction to retake your failed tests
• Failed test retake are by default untimed and you can practice as long as allowed by the condition attached to your test

How long is the Tests

• We offer broadly two types of test, Timed and untimed test
• Timed test have time restriction and will auto submit once the duration for the tests elapses. for tests with multiple sections where each section have allocated time, once time elapses for any section, the candidate cannot make any other amendment to that section and must proceed to next section (if exists)
• Untimed test have no time restriction applied to them, and can be practiced as long as required, subject to our fair use policy

I want to take a test and I am asked to setup a profile

• Some of our learning resources have multiple subjects/sections and can limit the number of subjects a candidate is allowed to choose.
• when ask, select the subjects you want to take and follow the instruction to take your test.

How can I view my account information

• Login and access our Account page by clicking on the Account link on the top menu
• On the account page use the navigation button to access information about your accounts

Fair Use Policy

In other to protect our system from abuse and to maintain the integrity of our price model the following conditions are imposed on learning materials which are offered on our learning platform

• All our Free learning materials are restricted to be used per user account up to maximum number of 2 times and further 2 time for failed retrying of the same learning materials
• The maximum time for each learning material can be view from the detailed section of each learning material
• We reserve the right to amend the allowed reuse count at our own discretion but subject to a way that will not disadvantage you
• All paid learning resources are by default entitles you to reuse up to a maximum of 10 time and further 5 times for retrying failed tests
• To maintain access after expiration of the learning materials, user can repurchase the learning material subject to a new condition applicable to the offer at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to restrict access to any account for fraud prevention and detection purpose
